PETRO BEVZA “The long road of poetry”

£6,000.00

160×120 cm The impulse is the impression of light on the waves reflected on board the boats in Venice. I watched their dances for a long time. The movement of the waves changed the shape of reflections. But the movement of the sun also changed that. The rhythms of big and small actions worked together. Light drawing created a pulse of the sun. Actually this lines dance was the sun for me. Stanislaw Lem in novel «Solaris» showed the contact of man and his image. People interacted with images of themselves created by Ocean of the planet Solaris. I work with form that i see in environment (nature?). It is a mounting, a flower, an estuary or starry sky. While drawing sketches I move to the idea of communication of images. The connection of the energetic image of the object I see and the image that the Universe sees. Communication of rhythms of mater and space. Relation between scale of the lower and the higher spheres. Con tact between the visible and the probable.
