About artist:
Analog Photo Studio Nakomabo (Ukraine, Dnipro), created by a couple of photographers – Natalie Borysenko and Marakhov Constantine in 2008. Natalie Borysenko (w.b. 1975) graduated historian (National University of Dnipro) was engaged in research (gender issues) and teaching. Shooting has evolved from digital photography with analog filters to completely analog photography. In our arsenal there are cameras for 135 type, medium and large format film with the normal lens and pinhole. We print both in the classical way using silver-gelatin black-and-white photo paper and alternative methods. Over the past few years the new reading of the old genre still life in the spotlight. The creation of analog photography is a chance to reclaim the value of a photo print as a work of art and an opportunity to influence viewers. Photographs are in private collections in USA, Greece, Italy, Ukraine.
