NFT Art Sales Note: Payments for NFTs will be processed in the same way as any other item available on the TimaxArt Auctions platform. Once the item is sold, the buyer will receive an invoice for the final amount. Once paid the item will be transferred to the buyer from TimaxArt account. Furthermore, the instructions for collecting a purchase will be provided if necessary.

Unlockables: some of the NFTs include “unlockables” – additional items accompanying the NFT, such as musical tracks, physical artworks, etc. If the NFT includes a physical unlockable, its delivery will be arranged in the standard way, namely packed and shipped. If however, the unlockable is digital, its delivery will be arranged on a case-by-case basis based on the nature of the item.

Each sold NFT lot will be accompanied by a physical certificate of purchase issued by TimaxArt, which will be signed and mailed to the corresponding buyer.
